If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, reshipping costs will be charged at the customers expense. If the package is lost due to incorrect address, we will be unable to re-ship or offer a refund.

Refund Policy

As all products are made to order, there are no refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged and must be declared within 24 hours of order being delivered, otherwise we will be unable to accept it. Please email with your order number and a photo of the prints condition.

It’s recommended you have your prints professionally framed. Prints should be handled with soft non-abrasive gloves and where possible avoid touching the printed area as oils from fingerprints can easily mark the print.
